Ben McBurnett is an award winning director of photography base out of Chicago and Los Angeles. He was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. Shortly into college Ben began to explore his interest in film making. Working several internships with local production houses and filmmakers in the DFW area, while attending school at University of North Texas.
After taking a break from his studies to work in film production Ben decided to enroll back in school at Columbia College Chicago's highly regarded Cinematography program. While still in school Ben began working in Chicago's production scene. Working his way up the lighting and camera crews of Chicago.
After graduating Ben started to focus in on his passion Cinematography. Going onto serve as the Director of Photography on many feature length projects, as well as commercial and television. Please explore the site to find out more about Ben and his work.
